Yiannis Kassetas and Dimitris Sevdalis Duet
The saxophone player presents composition from his latest work “Northern Lights” inspired by the beauty of nature, the endlessness of the space-time continuum and the quietness of the sea. His personal approach in music distinguishes him as one of the most interesting musicians in the Athenian scene and his concept made him accept many exceptional reviews from critics and musicians throughout the world. Craig Handy says about Kassetas: “His music sounds like a snarky puppy but with more influences”. The famous singer Miles Griffith who wrote lyrics for one of Kassetas compositions still performs it with his band in NY.
